Description

some ideas for this gadget:
1. add/edit main languages file that based on english language file('define variables')
2. add/edit installed gadgets language
3. add/ edit installed plugins language
IMHO this is a core gadget.

Well, I don't think if it's really a major one as Jonathan has recently added a translator in utils, just do an Apache alias hack, and that's it, all of you want ;)
