I'd also add a new feature: Cell phone contact. I'll try to talk with ipipi people to let them know we are going to add support to their service.

As a note: Ipipi is a SMS carrier that works with almost all providers (in Mexico works with all). And to implement it is very easy, the user just needs to type his username/password and cellphones he wants to receive the 'contact information'.

enter replay message and store in table with send to user button.

maybe we need another gadget named "Support" and this feature for it.

i add inform type to recipient table for ex. can set into it:
0: for not notify
1: notify via email
so we can add extra inform_type like SMS.
if this inform type require configuration like user/pass carrier service we can add them into contact properties tab.

attachment shift to jaws 0.9.0, and i open another ticket for it.
