Quotes gadget with this features:
1. quotes grouping
2. title and quotation text
3. simple and marquee display for each quote group
4. align(left/center/right) for each quote
5. group title
6. group title view/not view
7. visible/invisible for each quote and quote group
8. layout action for each quote group
