Change root directory structure

Change the current jaws/ directory structure to something like: 

Jaws |
     +- config
     +- gadgets
     +- include
     ...
     +- libraries |
                  +- piwi
                  +- prototype
                  +- tinymce
                  +- pear -----|
                               + MDB2
                               + XML
                               + Mail
                               ...

In short words: move the Extras/ and pear/ stuff to library/ (same level as the include directory)

Please post your ideas/suggestions about this ticket and as well you (developer) keep updated this ticket with all the modification you do to the root directory.
